@wvarn and others whose dh has used paxil. Dh just got prescribed cialis to help him finish when we are ttc. Has anyone else's dh tried this and found it to help? Just curious. I hope this makes things less frustrating for us...well even more I hope we get a bfp this month before Christmas so it's even less frustrating!

My husband is on Zoloft and it's definitely hindering the TTC process, I think the cialis is a brilliant idea! Sorry I know this helps you in no way

Lol that's ok. It's also nice to know others are in the same boat. Dr told him to just take it one hour before relations. We'll see if it helps soon enough I guess!

We haven't tried Cialis yet, but his Dr had recommended it. Let us know if it helps.

My DH is on Effexor but it has the same effect of ED. We have a script for cialis but hardly ever use it. When we do he has to take it a few hours before we go to bed. When he took 1 hour before it really didn't help. Also it took him longer to ejaculate than normal, and his normal is 45 min ish. That is one of the reasons he doesn't take it very often. He is absolutely exhausted by the time he finally finishes.
With my husband at least his ED is mostly in his head because he will try home remedies like a shot of tequila or chocolate milk and it helps him. I highly doubt chocolate milk can cause an erection but he read somewhere that it helps and for him it does.
Unfortunately my husband has a very low sex drive so he rarely wants to have sex but if your husband is all for it then use the meds.
I have been with my husband for 16 years and he has been on meds for 14 of them so I totally understand where you are coming from.

My dh has used it.  It does assist with him physically maintaining an erection.  Unfortunately that does not equal climax.  Best wishes!

That is why we had t tried it yet. DH can keep an erection forever, but has problems climaxing.
