Mid Cycle Bleeding..

Hi All - 

So for the second month in a row, I've had bleeding mid-cycle.  I'm day 17 of my cycle today and when I got home from my workout yesterday I had a little bit of reddish / brown blood in my panties and when I wiped there was more and it was bright red.  AF isn't supposed to arrive for another almost 2 weeks.  I haven't been cramping or anything, although I was a little crampy feeling Sunday.  The bleeding yesterday was very light and went away pretty quickly.  However, when I went to the bathroom this morning, I had a small bit of tissue (no blood) when I wiped that came out.

Last month, it happened around the exact same time in my cycle but it was only noticed after sex.  It wasn't alot.  Just enough to show red color during cleanup.

I just turned 30 and had a miscarriage back in 2008, other than that, I've never been pregnant so I tend to worry when I see things out of the norm.  I made a doctors appt but I wanted your thoughts?

Could this be ovulation bleeding or maybe even perhaps implantation bleeding?  I do not track my ovulation so I have no idea when or even if I've ovulated.
