i'll use sht when i'm really mad a few times a year. and the f word like once a year....but for the most part..i censor myself as i speak. i'll say "that's bull shhhhhiiiii". or "what the eff", or "she's being a B"..but i very rarely say any of those words out loud. i can hardly type them without feeling dirty.
I'm constantly thinking of verbiage in my head so as not to toss out a four letter word at work. For example: "Wow, you're doing fucking awesome on your diet" probably would not go over well with some patients.
I rarely swear. I just don't see the point when you can use another word. H and I Argue because swearing is a turn off (more so when said when mad/frustrated than excited).
