How far along are you? What fruit/veggie are you?  11 weeks/lime

How are you feeling?  OK...tired and sciatic pain is getting bad

 

Favorite moment of the week?  Date night with DH

 

Least favorite moment of the week? dealing with the dentist last week

 

How are your symptoms? Getting better? Worse? Any new ones?  I think I'm getting a little less tired, heartburn seems to be at bay for now. Sciatic pain, however, is getting way worse!

 

How is PGAL brain treating you? Any T&P requests?  It was bad this morning. DH and I DTD lastnight, so I was a little crampy this morning. I considered calling my Dr. to see if I could get in to hear the hb.  I hate this limbo time where you can feel the baby, and you don't have an appointment for awhile.

 

Any upcoming appointments or milestones you're looking forward to?  12/29 for first tri screening

If you had to pick one, which would be your favorite household chore? Hmmm....cleaning the bathroom, only because I am neurotic about it.

How far along are you? What fruit/veggie are you?  39 wks - watermelon!

How are you feeling?  Freaking enormous.

Favorite moment of the week?  Slept in yesterday till 10:15am. Awesome!

Least favorite moment of the week?  The reason I slept in so late was because Sunday was another trip to triage with 7+ hours of back to back contractions. We're talking 15 seconds in between with them lasting 2+ minutes each. Yeah. No progress after two hours of walking the halls, so we were sent home. Contractions finally let up around 2am.

How are your symptoms? Getting better? Worse? Any new ones?  Sunday's contractions came with some crazy pressure which resulted in some lovely hemorrhoids. Yeah. No bueno. Sitting hurts.

How is PGAL brain treating you? Any T&P requests?  Doing okay. Baby looks great on monitors, so at least there's that.

Any upcoming appointments or milestones you're looking forward to?  Had my 39 week appt this morning; almost 4cm and when she did a membrane sweep. Said cervix was really soft so hopefully things will happen for real soon.

If you had to pick one, which would be your favorite household chore? Organizing. Keeping it organized is a different story, but I love taking everything out and then putting it back together in an orderly way. With labels.

 33 weeks, durian fruit

How are you feeling?  

Getting excited and anxious about my approaching EDD. 

Favorite moment of the week? 

 Doing the L&D tour at the hospital on Sunday.  It was nice to see what it's going to look like and know where I should go.

Least favorite moment of the week?

 Work on Friday was really, really hard.  I was on my feet for over 4 hours straight, including frequently bending over, without being able to sit.  Even with my support belt, my hips and back were so painful for the rest of the day and Tylenol barely touched it.  It made me decide that I'll either go to light duty or just start my short term disability at 4 weeks.

How are your symptoms? Getting better? Worse? Any new ones? 

 The SPD seems to be getting worse as I'm getting bigger.  Everything else is pretty tolerable.

How is PGAL brain treating you? Any T&P requests?

I'm doing ok this week. 

Any upcoming appointments or milestones you're looking forward to?

 I'm on to appointments every 2 weeks now, so my next one is next Thursday.  I plan on talking about when to start maternity leave.

If you had to pick one, which would be your favorite household chore?

Laundry.  Everything comes out so clean and soft.

How far along are you? What fruit/veggie are you?  19 weeks/mango

 

How are you feeling?  Anxious.  Worried. Excited.

 

Favorite moment of the week?  Favorite moment on the week would have to be spending the day with my DH and DS on Sunday.  We didn't do anything except for spend time together as a family at home and it was much needed.

 

Least favorite moment of the week?  Least favorite moment of the week was finding out that I have a work trip to go on mid January.  I hate traveling for work.

 

How are your symptoms? Getting better? Worse? Any new ones?  Symptoms are about the same.  Insomnia in full force, RLP, and some mild heartburn.

 

How is PGAL brain treating you? Any T&P requests?  PgAL brain is starting to come in at full force as my A/S approaches this Thursday, I am excited to see my little guy again but terrified of all that could go wrong.  If anyone could spare some t&p's for a great scan I would really appreciate it.

 

Any upcoming appointments or milestones you're looking forward to?  A/S on Thursday and my bi-weekly check up on Friday

If you had to pick one, which would be your favorite household chore? If I absolutely had to pick I think it would be organizing.  I get an odd sense of enjoyment out of taking a very cluttered space and making it look neat and tidy!

How are you feeling?
I'm feeling okay, just 9 mos pregnant and ready for LO to make her appearance.


Favorite moment of the week?
Finished stockings for the family last night. I love seeing "mom" and "dad" on the ones for me and DH.



Least favorite moment of the week?
My sweet friend on D14 lost her daughter just one day after her birth. This is such a horrifying, heartbreaking loss and it is definitely weighing on me.

How is PGAL brain treating you? Any T&P requests?
I am feeling anxious about going post due date. We have an u/s and NST scheduled for Friday so hopefully we'll have reassuring info then, but I'm really torn about whether it is better to wait until 42 or induce closer to 41 if we have to. We'll see what my dr advises, but in the meantime I'm really hoping LO decides to come on her own. I saw one of the MWs at my appt today instead of my regular OB and I wish she had more info for me. She offered a membrane sweep but I declined because I don't want to rush LO if there is no reason to, but now I'm 2nd guessing myself...

@Grailseeker14 Best wishes for your A/S this week! I started getting BH early with my previous. Maybe 17 weeks or so I would start to notice them. If I upped my fluid intake that seemed to ease them up a bit. GL!

@officedronette Yay for a positive U/S! Glad bean is growing away for you and hopefully you continue to have great scans. Best wishes that the PgAL brain stays to a minimum.

AFM: I'm doing okay. Hoping this time next week I can have a positive update to share.

How far along are you? What fruit/veggie are you? 6 Weeks. Sweet Pea

 How are you feeling? Okay. Sunday I had to eat all the things. Primarily needed a buffalo chicken cheese steak and mozzarella sticks. Then when that was done I ate two huge bowls of mint cookie crunch ice cream. Since then... I've wanted nothing to do with food. Nothing looks good, smells good, taste good. Started drinking breakfast shakes just so I know I am getting something in me, and I've been making sure to drink more water. I started getting dizzy when I stand again.

 Favorite moment of the week? Being one week closer to my first appointment.

 Least favorite moment of the week? I woke up to an awful dream Saturday morning about how I went to my first appointment and they wouldn't do an ultrasound. Since I am switching to a new practice I don't know how they do things. It had me all out of sorts until I could call on Monday.

 How are your symptoms? Getting better? Worse? Any new ones? Food aversion started yesterday and I've had some pretty intense heartburn lately. Random bouts of nausea and dizziness.

 How is PGAL brain treating you? Any T&P requests?  I'm doing my best to hold it together. I have my first appt on Monday and as excited as I am I'm extremely nervous. At first I thought it might ease my mind to see a heartbeat, but then I started thinking that my last bean stopped growing shortly after seven weeks. Now I'm not so sure it's going to do me any good.

 Any upcoming appointments or milestones you're looking forward to? Monday will be my first appointment.

If you had to pick one, which would be your favorite household chore? Vacuuming. Or better yet steaming my floors. I use my Dyson daily and my steam mop at least three times a week. Two wonderful investments on MH's part

How far along are you? What fruit/veggie are you?  34 weeks - butternut squash

 

How are you feeling?  Feeling Large and baby is feeling large also

 

Favorite moment of the week?  Had an appointment today and got to hear his beautiful heartbeat. It never gets old.

 

Least favorite moment of the week? Not sleeping great throughout the night. That has not made my work days very fun.

 

How are your symptoms? Getting better? Worse? Any new ones?  Just the normal 3rd trimester stuff. Getting stiffer and getting up and down is getting more difficult. Heartburn and acid reflux are back with a vengeance and I'm getting more and more tired. Little one likes to hang out in my ribs which is not the most comfortable thing. Last night he had a leg or arm lodged in there and it felt like he was pushing up as hard is he could and I kept having to push him back down.

 

How is PGAL brain treating you? Any T&P requests?  With all the movement feeling good.

 

Any upcoming appointments or milestones you're looking forward to?  Looking forward to my appointment on new years eve when I should be getting an ultrasound.

If you had to pick one, which would be your favorite household chore? O man I can't say that I really love cleaning at all but I guess vacuuming would be my favorite if I had to choose.

officedronette – Yay for a great ultrasound! PGAL brain sucks! I am sorry that you have to go through it. The waiting room at the ultrasound place was the worst place for me too. It was honestly not til recently when I can feel him all the time that I did not dread going to appointments.

@GrailSeeker14 Yay for feeling strong movement! I’ve been feeling movement since around 17 weeks and it still makes me smile every time. Yes, even the kicks to my bladder and ribs.

@Birch113 I’m so glad that you’re not having any more blurring vision. I’m sorry that you’re struggling.  Keep repeating those mantras, it’s all we can do.
