High Risk Pregnancy Drs

Hello!

I have just recently returned to Atlanta after several years away.  I have a 2 year old and am just starting TTC our second.  Our first was a preemie (unknown cause), so I need an OB who is a high risk specialist.  I am hoping some of you can recommend someone in town--- Preferably at Northside or Piedmont.

Thanks so much!

Best!

I'm a "high risk" preg and am seeing Dr. Korotkin in addition to my regular OB.  He is extremely experienced and makes you feel at ease.  He's at Northside.

    Good luck!! :-)

Thank you @Evenstar2!  You are the second person to mention him.

If you don't mind me asking--- what makes you high risk?  And what does seeing him in addition to your regular OB look like?

    Thank you!

I'm high risk because I'm 44.  But everything is going very well.  Right now see my regular OB 1x a month and also Dr. Korotkin 1x a month, but that will get more frequent as the pregnancy progresses.  I get an ultrasound every time I see Dr. Korotkin.  Which is actually pretty cool :-)

Good luck to you and your baby!

Congratulations! :-) My OB is John Donnelly - who I love.  He is very reassuring, calm, understanding, and confidence inspiring.  I would highly recommend him.  My best friend has 2 kids and she recommended him to me.
