On the kitchen table...no not really. This one was conceived in our bed.

DS was either conceived in our honeymoon hotel room right after the wedding or on the cruise we took for our honeymoon.

In a hotel in Toronto Canada. It was one of those rare business conferences that both of our employers decided to send each of us to, so of course we shared a hotel room. To save government money of course ;-)

I had hopes in high school that I would conceive each of my future children in some exciting locale, such a New York or a mountaintop somewhere. I thought it would be fun for each of them to have a different conception place. If we had been a few months earlier, it could have been at his family reunion in Missouri, but then I wouldn't have been here on this board with you lovely ladies. So it was in our bed, but it was sometime around my birthday and I like to believe it was on my actual birthday, because a significant date makes up for the lack of a significant location.

In London. I was speaking at a conference, and we figured we'd stay the week and make a trip of it. Landed, checked into our hotel, sex, nap, woke up at 2am to get McDonald's, because it was the only thing open. Concerned our baby will be born with jet lag.

I'll be honest, not once has it ever donned on me to ask where I was conceived. I'm quite fine not ever having that knowledge and I think most kids will feel the same way.

I'd been house sitting for a friend the week before, so we hadn't really seen each other much. When we went to visit them, well...I guess we just really like each other.
If my parents ever found out, they'd probably die of embarrassment.

We've nicknamed our baby "stairwell" because we got a little carried away on our honeymoon, in an empty stairwell on the 21st floor of the New York, New York hotel in Las Vegas... we weren't even staying at that hotel, just stopped by sightseeing. Whoops. haha

Our actual conception occurred in a lab, and then I became pregnant on an exam table with my hubby holding my hand, watching live on an ultrasound monitor. It actually was an amazing experience for both of us, as we have been down the long, difficult road of infertility with IVF as our only option. We have pictures of "the moment," and of course I had tears in my eyes.

My parents like to tell me all the time where I was conceived, I was an oops baby while they were visiting my moms family in Hawaii. My MIL told me my husband was conceived in front of the fireplace on the floor, where I happened to be sitting when she told me this unnecessary information, BLAH!

Oh my gosh, I never noticed this thread before and read the whole thing---it made my night!!! This baby was probably conceived in our bed or couch lol, the weekend of my husband's 30th birthday. My ovulation schedule was a little off but we were planning on trying soon anyways

Puerto Rico. I think it was the one time we decided to "try it on the beach" to see what all the fuss was about. Sand got everywhere and I got knocked up. 1/10 would not try again.

Our first ever get away together...beautiful night out on the beach and boardwalk and a few too many drinks after...awe so romantic...I remember getting things started but the ending is a bit foggy. But what matters is knowing our little guy was conceived out of love. And we had a great time and definitely a memorable get away
