DS is thankfully getting over a week long lower GI bug. Unfortunately he has had some really bad diaper rash with it at times. I used coconut oil most of the time, but when it was really bad I used Desitin and a liner. I just noticed a couple of small spots on some of the pocket diapers while folding. Because they are so small I don't think they will affect the overall absorbency too much, but will this wash out over time, or should I do something to treat the spots?

    This! It really works. I got a bit of cream on a few pockets months ago and I just scrubbed it good with the toothbrush and some blue dawn and it came right out. I made sure to rinse them well afterwards too.
