    I had to call dd's cf docs today, she's still congested. Dh and I are barely beginning to come around. I've been scrubbing down the house for what feels like days now, What used to take half a day takes @ least 4 with a lo I swear!
    The bonus is now that the dust is gone, I'm no longer cringing at pulling out the Christmas decorations.

    I think I have a stress ball in my neck. It's a knot and very annoying. Moist heat and Tylenol don't help me. I worry bc my mom had neck cancer, so automatically it's a tumor. My doc said it's not an abnormal mass..it's just "more swollen on that side". I think it's stress...Dr. Google told me it's a myofascial trigger point. I'm going with that.

    @MiaMyPuggle‌ I had trigger points all over my upper shoulders at one point. Trigger point massage is a life saver
