Help me decide: Christmas Gift edition

alright ladies, I'm soliciting your input. Every year my boss tells us to buy ourselves a Christmas present from Amazon. Gift cards not allowed. I need nothing and am thinking this will be a good opportunity to stock up on some baby items. We are cloth diapering so no diapers, but anything else is on the table.

I have $30 to spend. Give me your ideas please!

Really hard to give ideas when I have no idea what you have already BUT things I've been looking at on Amazon:

A video baby monitor
Crib sheets
Glass bottles to try (or regular bottles of you are going to use them)
Swaddle blankets
The infantino sash (good idea @frownyface‌) or another baby carrier

I guess a couple of those things are more than $30 but worth a shot.

Baby meds/thermometer

Shampoo/body wash

Nosefrida

Nursing bra(s)

And, I agree, what an awesome boss!

What about things you might need for the hospital or even after the baby? On my list I have:

Bath robe
Slippers
Nursing Bras
Nursing Cover
Other things that I cannot remember while I am here at work lol.

You could stock up on the small things like pacifiers, bottles, small toys, things of that nature.

@trollsniper I was thinking that kind of stuff too, but I have to send the links to what I want to my boss. She is awesome, but I don't think I can say "buy me nipple cream, k thanks!" I don't have any of that on my registry for the same reason! ">

Are you planning to breastfeed? Maybe nursing pads or nipple cream, because those are items people don't tend to give at baby showers. Maybe you don't want to pick stuff that someone else might want to give as a gift? But if you want to just pick out some fun baby stuff, that's cool too! Either way, have fun choosing!

^^This. People do not buy nipple cream and nursing pads as gifts and they are no fun to buy with your hard earned dough. You will need a lot of this stuff too!!

It's seems really hard to give some ideas, but why don't you try books, thermometer and kits, or small items. Just buy what you want!

My boss does this, usually he likes to buy books. I asked him to get me his favorite children's book. He got me a set of Doctor Seuss books.
