The neck is still stiff but better than yesterday.  Which EO is good for the neck?  Do I have to put it in my rectum?  Rub it on my neck or swallow it?  I need help!

I can't kick this cold. My right nostril actually hurts from blowing my nose. Like, inside the nostril at the top is sore from the actual pressure of blowing it. If that makes sense?

Haddock is back to normal which is awesome!

I'm going to a funeral this afternoon for a friend who passed away on Thursday from cancer. He lived a lot longer than they anticipated and he got to "enjoy" thanksgiving with his family one last time. So, that was nice.

Cancer sucks.

Essential Oils are old news. According to a friend, eating clay is the new thing to do. Apparently it's cleansing and there are different types and you lose weight.. because your stomach is full of clay.  8-}

ETA: No one should try this rectally for sure.

:-O Eating clay is bad.  It's not a good idea for anyone to eat clay.  @picklex did she find that on the "tips on having an eating disorder" website?  I hope she is ok.

LO is starting to cough. And it sounds horrible.

I think some of you have given Zarbees. Did it work? Worth a shot? What other remedies did you give or do that relieved the cough?

She said it's an ancient practice (because people totes used to live a long time in good health..) and some celebrity I've never heard of does it now and it's becoming popular. @lancomechica

I teased the bump is giving me carpal tunnel but it is really hurting. Has anyone had surgery or other remedies? When I managed a pain clinic I had a patient have worse pain post surgery...makes me scared. #:-S I know an excellent hand surgeon but he is arrogant with a God complex which puts me off considering being his patient.

Just FYI - my LO's sickness started with cough and then went to a high fever. I think we both have the flu.

Same. If Addie doesn't have fever and has terrible cough, we occasionally give Benadryl. Her doctor also said it was okay to use Zyrtec.

The celebrity is Shailene Woodley (and I Googled and I do know who she is but not her name) and here is her totally scientific wisdom:

The plague refuses to leave my house. After me being sick for a week and Oliver all snotty and gross he is now running a high fever. 103.7...yay.

@casey78 very good points. My doctor hasn't run any test on me she just says sounds like carpel tunnel and tries to refer me out. I do see a military doctor and they do not put much effort on finding out the cause of issues.

I am having trouble losing weight even though I have made some lifestyle changes but I put that on the depression. Weight loss and depression are an evil cycle all on it's own. I have been on BC for 2 and 1/2 months I threw away package so not sure if it is generic but I will ask when I go get more BC.
