As my car was hit with a thrown out cigarette butt this morning on my way to work - I feel that if motorists or pedestrians catch you throwing out your butts onto the road, or discarding to the ground, or pretty much any other place other than a butt hut - I get to turn your license plate in to the police for a fine.

Maybe it's a uo. Idk but someone in my extended family is about to pass away and some people in my family have hated her and talked poorly of her for 10-15 years over lots of drama. Still talk poorly of this person but they are making a huge deal and going to the funeral.

I'm sick of hearing about it. They don't care about this person or anything they literally are going to be nosey and to gossip, it's ridiculous.

Go to a family reunion and pretend you care don't go to a funeral where people are mourning a loss of a loved one to snoop and to pretend that you even care a little.
Also don't text me about it because I could also care less about any drama this is going to stir up

There's something wrong with my car tires.  DH had to come all the way home to pick me up and take me to work and is now off trying to get my tires fixed.

I feel bad that he's running around for me, but it needs to be done.

I woke up with a very sore neck and wrist. Sounds like I was giving too much blow/hand jobs, but I wasn't:( I was throwing my child in the air last night and think it took a toll on my body.

The Christmas tree I bought and already decorated is completely dead already. It hasn't sucked up water in 4 days and the needles are crisp and falling off. I have to undecorate it, take it back, get another one, then decorate a tree again.

DH and I had our first night away from LO this weekend,  the BITCH... DH picked a fight so I was upset and pissed all night.   YEAH :-w

1) work sucks today. no one respects their professionals anymore...people give my paralegal such a hard time. yes, god forbid you have to come in and sign the document you hired me to prepare for you and file with the court. and god forbid I request some supporting documentation from you so I have a basis on which to create said document. ughhhhhh. so sick of it. go ahead and fend for yourself. don't come crying to me when you lose. it's your own fault.

2) baby has been waking up EVERY. HOUR. during the night for about the last 3 nights. he goes right back to sleep when I give him his pacifier. I have no idea why he keeps waking up! sometimes he looks like he is still asleep but crying (like a nightmare??) and sometimes he has sat up or stood up and is trying to fall back asleep but can't figure how to lay back down (super cute but mommy is getting sleepy). on the plus side, I just pop that pacifier back in his mouth and he is out instantly *knock on wood*. I hope this passes soon.

bennieangel  that is such a good idea! During waking hours he can find them and likes to chew on them. At night it doesn't seem like he is really waking up all the way, kinda crying while still half asleep (even while sitting up) so I don't know if he would. I'll give it a try though! thanks!

My bitch: my boss never looks at my calendar. I came in early today so that I can leave at 2:45pm to go to LO's 9mo check up.  She just scheduled a meeting with me at 2:30. FML.  I won't be there lady!

Story.of.my.life.
I made it clear that i had to leave no later than 2 so i could get DS1 from daycare, but my office would schedule meetings from time to time at 3, 4, or even 5:30.
Sometimes I'd just have to decline the meetings because I couldn't arrange other care. Sometimes my boss filled in for me.
I hope I don't need to go to the office as often when I return.

Outside baby is not sleeping through the night, and inside baby is making it extra hard to be awake with outside baby.

My house is a mess and I need to clean it all so I can watch my nephew in the morning.

Someone stole the tire off the back of MH's jeep this weekend and we'll be spending a good chunk of our Christmas budget replacing it.

Work was actually going great tonight until I was serving two guys who drank too much. Yes I served them, but they were fine and then suddenly stupid and annoying. Then they wouldn't leave. One was clearly trying to get my number and wouldn't let it go. This goes on for about an hour as I'm cleaning and such... Then he claimed that I never gave him his change back!!!! That was my breaking point. I do not steal. Seriously he thought that was funny??

I really hope someone calls me back soon about a new job. I turned in several resumes last week and I need a real job now.

That was our exact problem (not even being awake all the way, but if we didn't replace it he would wake up all the way & then it was work to get him back to sleep)! It helps that 1/2 of ours glow in the dark too. Now he likes to sleep with one in his hand & one in his mouth...it's super cute, when I put him down he rolls over, puts one in his mouth & grabs a back up. 

Hudson has 6 pacis in his crib at night. He will wake up and have them all in each hand and of course his mouth.

I tried to leave 4-5 paci's in LO's crib with her, but if she wakes up at night and sees a new one she will drop the one she has in her mouth and put the other in, then she sees the one she just dropped and will pick it back up and spit out the new one in her mouth.  this will continue for a while if she keeps seeing the one she just spit out...  I finally just gave her the one she has in her mouth.  half of the time in the mornings she is sound asleep with her paci on the floor and she is perfectly OK with this.

I would put my foot down too @HighPeak‌ . Occasionally is ok, but y'all have a baby and need to spend time together as a family too.

@HighPeak oh my goodness that must be so frustrating! My DH's family used to do that a ton even though we live 45 mins away (hey we need you to come clean the gutters because dad is too scared to get on the roof; hey come fix the leaky skylight; hey come mow the lawn) he put up with it for a bit, but then just said "no. do it yourself." every time they would call. it took almost a year but finally they stopped depending on him for everything. it's like people don't realize your DH has his own family and home to care for! I hope everything works out for you and your DH finds a balance

DH cleans ours (usually) when he puts the Christmas lights up. They don't sit right and everything (including water) collects and sits in one corner.
