Haven't been in here in a few months. I'll keep this short and sweet. I have four children: DS -17, DD-16, DD-12, DS-10. Got remarried to my soul mate May 3, 2014. He has no children. I am newly 41, he is newly 43. He had some issues with low motility and morphology on past SA, but the most recent was normal finally! YAY!! I had a tubal reversal done April 2, 2012 & an HSG in February of '13 proved tubes are clear and open. Been TTC since the reversal with no luck. To add insult to injury, my sister in law just recently announced her pregnancy with her live-in boyfriend! Due St. Pat's Day. Now I know how my cousin felt some years ago when she was desperately TTC but suffered MC after MC, and I pop up PG by surprise! Karma, eh? My reversal doctor is serving as my RE and he prescribed me Clomid 100mg. Just finished my 1st round this month, and, according to my OPKs, I am 4dpo. We BD basically every day, and around the positive OPKs, I used PreSeed and even propped my hips up! Taking prenatals already too. I don't expect anything but my AF in another week or so, but I guess technically I am in the TWW! *shrugs*

Best of luck to you!! My mom had her tubes untied to have my baby brother 23 years ago when she was 40...took a few months to conceive, but eventually everything worked very well. Have you had your reserve levels tested? It sounds like everything is on the right track. I wish you the best of luck!

Question: Everyone on here keeps mentioning PreSeed...is that something I should look into using?

Thanks AuntieMissy76! I'm hoping the Clomid will help things along! I did ovulate on my own as well.

I'm not sure what having my reserve levels tested means. While I know a lot about TTC, it takes coming to one of these boards to remind me of all I don't know! lol

I bought the PreSeed because my CM isn't always what it is supposed to be, so I wanna make it as easy as possible for those soldiers to swim! We will see if it works. It hasn't so far, but it never hurts to try!

Welcome, @MsJazzy73! I envy your timing and wish you luck.

@AuntMissy76: PreSeed can't help a couple get pregnant, but it can't hurt the process like other lubes or saliva can. It's a conception-friendly lube. If you decide to use it, I have heard that a little goes a long way.

Thanks All! Here's my most recent chart, as of today. Since this is my first round of Clomid, it's got things a bit off from what I'm used to. Does this look ok to those who may be more seasoned with Clomid? This has definitely extended my cycle!

@MsJazzy73‌ the RE will usually test for something called AMH in your bloodwork. It's a test for how much of the anti mullerian hormone given off by the unmatured reserve of eggs in your ovary is in your blood and gives them a good idea of how many eggs you have left. In Canada it was one of the few tests we had to pay out of pocket. Next time you are in there ask them if they did that test. If not, and you are ovulating, then try may not need to incur the extra expense.

I'm concerned that you're not getting the proper monitoring you should be getting while on Clomid - you should be having multiple ultrasounds throughout a Clomid cycle to determine where your follicle growth is at, whether you have too many (overstimulation), and how your uterine lining is doing (Clomid can thin your lining completely and, unchecked, can seriously and permanently harm your fertility).  You shouldn't be guessing at how your Clomid cycle is or whether it's 'normal' or not based on OPKs and temping, your 'RE' should be taking all of the guesswork out of this cycle for you.  Clomid is a super powerful fertility drug with high risks, please don't continue with it with this doctor if you're not getting the guidance and proper monitoring you should be.

Thank you for your input @gscoville‌! I've made an appointment with an RE for first available which is February 5. But, I will continue with my reversal doctor as well since he is a specialist in this area too! I trusted him with my my fertility in the 1st place, and I don't plan on stopping now. I know that everyone is not monitored by U/S while on Clomid. 

I hope more than anything I don't need her in February, but if I do, because of everyone here I will know what to do!
