Hi fellow moms out there! My 13 week old has definitely been trying to set a sleep schedule for herself but it's a little funky... She only wants to take 2 naps during the day and the first one is at or around 11am and the second one is at or around 4pm with bedtime at 8pm. She wakes up usually once in the middle of the night since she's breastfed and then officially wakes up at 7am. The problem is, is that she wants to sleep from 11am to 3:30pm and then when that happens she's not ready for a second nap at 4pm. Tell me, should I wake her up from her 11am nap around 2pm so that she can have a couple hours up before her second nap? What ends up happening is she wakes up around 3:30pm and then wants to be up till 5:30 or 6pm and then will sleep for another 4-5 hours. Any advice would be so nice!!!
