Got 3 imagine bamboo AIOs in the mail today with the intention of using them for a 3-4 hour stretch of time. Diaper laundry isn't until tomorrow, so they're currently washing in warm water with some other random pee covered items. Use them after one wash or should I wash them with my diapers once more first? Or should I try to fully prep them since it's a long stretch for a NB diaper? I tend to be really lax about rules and was thinking I was just going to use them tonight after this warm wash, but I'd also rather not have to deal with a clothing change for both of us at 4 am.

I would at least do a hot wash on them.

I had like no H&L diapers, and it's been hard getting the snaps on right when it's dark and I'm exhausted, so I got these specifically for ON changes. I've used the prepped imagines I have for this stretch with no problem, but they're all snaps. The inserts are sewn in on one side and snapped on the other, so I can't switch it out for something fully prepped. I do have a ton of two layer bamboo doublers for my pockets though, so that's a great idea!

Use them after the first wash. If they leak, prep more.

Yeah. I pulled some doublers out of my pockets to lay inside them, so I should be good I think.

No leaks. I probably shouldn't have used the doubler because when she woke up she was soooo sweaty, the whole front half of her diaper was just soaked in sweat.
