My son had skin testing that showed he was allergic to milk, but not baked milk. He has been tolerated it in muffin form mashed up in BM for about three months. I'd like to venture into other foods. If I make mashed potatoes with dairy, can he have that if it's baked at least 30 min at 350? I'd put it in a large casserole dish to make it thinner. Thoughts? TIA!
