Baby Monitors

So let's talk baby monitors. I have a new baby on the way and I'm looking into baby monitors. I have a Motorolla video monitor in my toddler's room already so do I just need to buy another camera or do I need to buy an entire new camera and monitor? Thanks

    Why not just use the one you've got and not monitor the toddler remotely?
    promised myself I'd retire when I turned gold, and yet here I am

    Ok, thanks y'all.  I was able to find out that I can scan between both cameras to be able to see both rooms every 12 seconds.  THANKS!

     

    Also, I want to keep monitoring my toddler because he will be 18 months...I assume I'll still need to check in on him when sleeping and such.
