Since I had my loss in May, as most know my cycle has been out of whack. With new insurance I am looking for a new OB/GYN and have found a group who does MFM as well as GYN. Which will be great considering I will be high risk.
Well since May, I now spot for 24-36 hours before I start full blown AF. As things have progressed and I count the spotting at the start and end of AF it makes my cycle 9-11 days. Discard those and I am about average of 6-7 days. Does spotting count as CD1? When I put it into my app at the start it doesn't register it as my menstrual phase. I always thought it was CD1, but now I am questioning.
