Random: overheard at lunch

So today at lunch I heard this woman talking about how she tried to have a baby for ten years and now she has her miracle gift of a baby boy. I almost started sobbing in line behind her.

But then she referred to her baby as her "embryo" baby and I was like, what is that? FET? IVF? Adopted embryo? I had never heard someone say "embryo baby" before and I've done IVF and FET.
