Almost Friday!

do I really get to start the daily thread for once? I feel so special! Until someone tells me it's around and my mobile isn't working like it should.

I'm just sitting around waiting for my pizza to be delivered and questioning my anywhere chair purchase. What's going on with everyone else today?

We have a big thing coming up in a few weeks 3 days before Christmas that I just found out about. It will make a huge difference in whether I can still stay home with T or not. I will post more after the fact.

Otherwise, my MIL is watching T for a bit because we were up for 3 hrs last night, and I feel like crap!

I had to cancel a meeting with my new Director because DC called to tell me A was throwing up. He is a vomit fountain.

He seems okay though. He's dancing to Sonic Youth right now. He really loves Incinerate, I just learned. He really is a mini me.

He can 't go back to DC tomorrow so my sister is coming over to watch him. This is the sister he adores, so he 'll be thrilled. My other sister isn't doing so hot; her prednisone dose has been lowered and she's started getting pretty sick.

Ugh all this vomit talk- I'm sorry the babies are dealing with this and the moms, I hope everyone feels better super fast. The only thing worse than vomit is poop in the bath tub.

I woke up feeling on my deathbed. I have nobody near me to help me with my kids. So Gunner is climbing all over me and Giovanna is in her room screaming because I won't take her to 'Old McDonalds' aka McDonalds. The only reason she ever wants to go is to get the toy in the happy meal and eat the apple slices.

And all you babies need to stop throwing up. Quit it!

I keep seeing the elf on the shelf in people's pictures on fb. We aren't at that point, but I will not be doing an elf on the shelf- not only do I find the whole idea creepy, but who has the time and creativity to restyle him daily? I couldn't even handle taking one picture a month for a year of my kid in onesies provided by a friend for that purpose. I would call this UO, but I think it's more on the popular side.

I should be doing laundry, but I'm laying on the couch eating cupcakes because the boy is napping and it's my only opportunity to not have to share my snack. 

The highlight of my day was finding out that the ATM sells stamps so I didn't even have to change out of my yoga pants to run an errand. That's a win in my book.

Can I post a FFRC (do they still use R for thursday)?  When I lurked this board, I had first impressions of all of the ladies.  I'd say 95% of those first impressions are still in effect.  However, I feel like I owe at least 2 ladies an apology for my initial impression of them.

I have my 1st eye exam since I was 16 in 30 minutes.. I'm very weird about my eyes but figured since insurance covers an exam it couldn't hurt. I'm scared. I don't know why.

T's still sick too (and I'm getting it boo) and just had a flu vax this afternoon.
He's conked on me on the couch as well. Hopefully he still sleeps tonight.

No. Our bank did. The bank that bought us out does not. Our customers are PISSED!

I originally googled "places that sell stamps" because my Target doesn't, which is stupid. Then I saw something that said most of the ATMs that sell them are on the west coast, which is not helpful to me. BUT, further googling assured me that my Wells Fargo branch did. Basically, there was A LOT of googling to ensure I would not have to put on real pants..

I had all these comments but I am COMPLETELY sidetracked by shitting glitter. My husband now wants them too. I almost woke up the baby cracking up. I guess I shouldn't try this whole pregnant, but it is so tempting. #thinktheysellanorganicoption

I have so many questions @kamakaziartist‌, like will you shit glitter for days, or just once? Think the glitter sticks in your stomach like it clings to every outside surface for days?

This reminds me of st.patricks day pre baby when I would find green glitter for days later around my body and on my scalp.

I'll be wrangling The Dude while I WAH tomorrow. I will be lucky to get even 25% of what I would normally. He's started trying to climb out of the crib. Joy. He listens when I tell him to get down, but only for about 2 seconds before he is at is again.

@cagoldi Have you tried the sleep sack yet? I don't know how Articpuss is getting out of his crib, but if he's hiking one leg over, the sleep sack might prevent that from happening.

Hmmm, that's thought. He puts his legs in the rails and pulls himself up. Before today he'd get distracted, but he was pretty determined this afternoon. If I'm right there and tell him to get down then fine, but obviously chances are he'll do it at night and land right on his head. Guess I do have to order that sleep sack. That early walker one though, doesn't it have legs like regular jammies?
