Grasping at straws- others losses mentioned

My cousin (who is my best friend in the world) has suffered 3 losses in the past year or so and looks like she is headed for her 4th. She had HCG drawn Monday at 13 dpo and it was 88, over 48 hours later it was only 89. I know to use the term "slow rising" doesn't really describe this situation- more like no change. Grasping at straws for any kind of success story after betas like this... My heart is broken for her. Multiple loss ladies- any suggestions/recommendations for her? Anything I can do for her?

Oh my gosh .  I don't have experience or any light to shed that may be helpful but I think just continuing to be an empathetic ear and source of support would be very helpful to her.  Many ((((hugs)))) to her, and you as well.  So sorry .

Her regular OB had done some bloodwork- she had the MTHFR mutation but supposedly not the type that would cause miscarriages. She was on a baby aspirin, that I know. She also has hypothyroid and has taken meds for that for a long time- I think she was being followed pretty closely for that. I'm hoping she will seek out an RE for further testing and a better plan that just keep trying.

Thanks ladies- I'm so sad and hurt for her. I hope and pray she can get the help she needs. Like all of us, she wants a baby so badly and has been able to get pregnant 4 times but just can't get that baby to stick!
