I'm no help except that I just googled it, and now I wish I had one.
I have a similar one from Skip Hop and I really like that you can keep the clean and dirty diaps in the same bag. And I'm sure the quality is great, because I love our PW pail liners.

I like my wet/dry bag because I can throw a clean diaper and wipes in the dry part when I don't want to bring the whole diaper bag. It works as a mini grab-n-go diaper bag.
Had one for DS and LOVED it, still use it and he is 4 (use for swimming and long car rides because he gets carsick). Just got another one for DD on the way.
So funny, I think I asked about these a couple months ago and I got some meh reviews. I got a couple anyway and I love them. Excellent quality. I can fit 4 AIOs or pockets in them so they are perfect for daycare.
I like it because I can take a bunch of clean diapers with us, and have room for the dirties when were out for a long time. My actual diaper bag is pretty tiny.

this exactly. I'm not sure how functional it is on a hanging bag (I have one and haven't used the dry part) but i love it for the mediums/larges

This.
I love my Kanga Care for sending to MIL's during the day for both girls b/c it hold so much more, but when we're out 'n about, the PW wet/dry bag is perfect for a "grab-n-go" in places like restaurants or the like where you don't want to take the entire diaper bag to the bathroom. Or for quick trips to the store. And the PUL of the PW bag has held up better than plastic inside the Skip Hop wet/dry bag.
I use our PW wet/dry bag a ton! With having 2 in cloth I don't have enough room in the diaper bag for diapers (just realized that sounds kinda funny). So I snap the handle of the wet bag around the top of our diaper bag. If we go out for a short trip, I take just the wetbag (since I don't need extra outfits, toys, snacks and all the stuff I have in the diaper bag for a short trip out). Another thing to consider is that the medium wet bag will not have a handle.
Thanks for all the input, I ended up placing an order to try one. And while I was at it ordered three diapers and a small diaper clutch too. What can I say, I'm a sucker. And even my excessive newborn stash turned out to just not be enough diapers.
Suddenly my life doesn't seem such a waste,
It all revolves around you.
