Progesterone levels

I am 6 weeks and just received the results for my hcg and progesterone levels. My progesterone was 8.7 and was taken when I was 5 weeks pregnant and doctor wants to put me on Promethium for level being low. Has me worried.... :-/

    Yikes. TBH, I'm not entirely sure what that means, but I'll keep my fingers crossed for you. Also, I see your new, so please read the sticky posts up top to get the skinny on how to participate in the July15 board. A lot of people could have saved some pain by doing so.

    Try not to worry. While progesterone is important, the meds will help! I did IVF to get pregnant this time (and with my son) and my first level was 6. I still have a baby growing and my levels are going up with the help of meds.

    Enjoy the fact you have a baby growing and try not to stress! Good luck!
