Dehydration from being sick

Has anyone had this before? I do plan on calling my Dr.s office today. The stomach flu has been at my house. I have been sick since Saturday. With sorry TMI diarrhea for the last 4 days. I feel like I can not get any water in...or it just comes out. I thought yesterday I was on the upswing but now I am not feeling it.

Not while pregnant . But anytime the stomach bug makes a stop here I usually have to go in for fluids because of dehydration. So I would think it would be worse if you are pregnant. Give them a call. Hope you are all feeling better quickly.

Boo! That is no fun at all!  I would call your doctor. I hope you feel better soon! And that no one else in your house gets it! That's just miserable.

I would call dr and ask to be seen or ask about Gatorade cut in half by water and Imodium. Sorry you are feeling bad! Get well soon!

Well I called them and the nurse said I could take Imodium. I also about Gatorade and she said that was fine. If I don't feel better tomorrow to call back. I have been drinking the Gatorade and feel a little better, but man my tummy in not happy. Going to wait on the Imodium to see what the rest of the day brings. Thanks ladies!!

I had diahorrea for 4 weeks so was very worried about dehydration. It wS like my morning sickness. The Dr suggested Gatorade and didn't seem that bothered. It's finally gone thank goodness!
