Has anyone ever had a paper route? I'm an early bird and I'm thinking of getting one this spring. It would be temporary, just a way to off a little debt. Wondering if it's worth the trouble.

My mom did it when I was in middle school as a second job. I don't know how lucrative it was. We had just moved and she had racked up some credit card debt buying new furniture, etc. I don't know how much debt either. She did it for 2ish years and paid off all the debt.
I know she thinks it was worth it; I remember her being ridiculously tired.
