right now, mine is transverse mostly...laying across my belly. my first 2 were usually head up or head down with rump on my right and legs to the left.
Take the following with a large grain of salt. I think based on what feels like kicks and where I feel hiccups that the baby is normally head down and to the left a little. Except when I have been laying on my right side for a long time. Then the baby seems to float over to that side.
Married to E on June 5, 2010
Gave birth to baby boy, I, on March 25, 2012
Gave birth to baby girl, A, on May 20, 2013
Baby #3 due April 29, 2015
Recovering from mitochondrial dysfunction and Addison's/possibly very severe adrenal burn out using food, medicine, and a large amount of garden therapy.
Since I have placenta previa I feel little guy super low, like right above my panty line. But like other people said baby moves around a lot from side to side!
I mostly feel movement on my left side (but that could be hands or feet or turning, so it doesn't help much). At my elective US a couple weeks ago he was head facing left and butt on the right side. We will see next week at AS where he is then!

I feel little girl all over. She was head down at my a/s but i have definitely felt her flip as head or feet graze the front of my ute. It is the most bizarre feeling!
Mine are laying heads in opposite direction like they're in bunk beds..
ETA- that I only say this because I'm pretty positive they don't have enough room to flip every where like they did a few weeks back.. so I would guess they're still in the same position.. and also this..
I'm still stressed that the bubbly movement feelings are sporadic at 23 weeks and I'm constantly poking my belly to get her moving. I have no clue where she is in there. I'm guessing she has enough space still that she's floating freely around.
She's still way to small to be able to tell if she's right-side-up or not, not to mention that she has so much room, she can pretty much flip around over and over. I'm not sure why you think yours is only upside down. As far as where I feel movement, it's mostly down low still, a lot of times to my left side.
I meant that's where he/she was sitting and that's usually always where I feel movement. Not that he/she is is only upside down.
Am I supposed to know this? I feel like the baby could be anywhere at this point, she's still small enough to have free reign of womb space.
I should have phrased the question differently! I meant where do you feel your baby sit the most? I feel mine on my left side the most and at my us he/she was upside down!

I have a lot of time to just sit and be with baby so I notice the pattern a bit more. Try drinking orange juice I find that helps when I'm stressed about the baby kicks it wakes baby up! Everyone is different but I feel like I'm already so crowded and I can feel everything, I can even feel and see that my left side is bulging more. I'm also 5'2" and tiny. I'm usually 98-108lbs I'm at 120lbs now, maybe that's why? I'm at 22 weeks but my ultrasound last week said baby is measuring 6 days older. I'll find out everything tomorrow including gender!
Our little gummy bear loves to be right behind my belly button or at least that's what it feels like. Loves both right and left side. If you press down he will whack ya lol. When I sleep and push my belly towards DH he kicks him.
Anyone else get tickled when their baby swirls or kicks in their tummy? Kind of like when you go over a big bump in a car.
There's a spot on my stomach that gets really hard and when I press on it gently I can feel tiny movements. Then eventually it moves. So that spot to the left of the belly button seems to be a favorite however I don't always feel baby there, just more than anywhere else.
During our A/S the baby was transverse, but I feel movement all over the place. If I was a baby I would wait as long as possible to flip head down. It doesn't seem very comfortable.
No idea. I do know that during informal ultrasounds at work he or she tends to flip back and forth between head towards my ribs and head down instead of transverse. But I also have an anterior placenta so feeling movement is still pretty fleeting at the moment. We'll see where he or she is at during tomorrow's anatomy scan!
I feel him all over the place. I can see his bigger movements from the outside now, too. Mostly I feel him underneath my belly button and slightly to the left, but today he kicked hard and it was pretty high up in my abdomen, I felt it from the outside. He's still small enough to flip all around. Today he facepalmed while the tech was trying to get him to move, it was pretty funny to see on the ultrasound.
I have no idea. I can tell she is really low down and that is about it. She is an active little one and likes to throw combos every night like a UFC fighter.
I have no idea. I feel little taps all over the place! At first, always on the left, then it was the right side. Something changed a couple days ago and the movements felt much farther away and softer for a while so I can only assume he changed positions pretty dramatically. Now they're really really low. And I've felt what I guess his him rolling? Like my stomach is flipping, like when you drop on a rollercoaster, sort of? Is that what it is? As a FTM, I think I way over analyze it

But seriously, head down butt up toward my upper left side.
Edit to say that's where he was two weeks ago. There's no knowing now!

1. Ok, good...thought it was an odd question this early in pregnancy. And
2. Do you know that "chickenhead" is a semi-popular slang term for a fellatious woman? Just FYI you might not want to refer to LO as a chickenhead.
Hahaha I did NOT know that. Noted, thanks!
