    LOL, fantastic!  Sharing this with my coworkers...so true about the D.  So many times, we've jokingly said to the docs "she wants the D, give her the D".

    I love gomerblog, too.  I was also cracking up over the perfect wordless SOAP note and DNR TTS posts today.
