Does anyone know where I can find one. I tried googling for a guide and couldn't find one (hopefully it's not just sleep deprivation causing me to miss an obvious link). The first used FB I put on my LO leaked, and I don't want to adjust the elastic willy nilly. I'm aware the guide may not provide the perfect fit, but I'd like a starting point. TIA.
