Pump help!

So I have the Medela Symphony as a rental and the PISA. When I use the PISA the flange doesn't properly suction, but I dont have this problem with the Symphony. I bought larger flanges, but it draws in to much of my areola. How do I fix this? I have tried taking it out and repositioning, but I can't get it to seal right. I don't have this problem with the Symphony...and I use the same parts with each.

    I haven't called tech support. But I haven't pumped with the smaller shields with the Symphony in a few days, also. I'm still getting the same yeild, but the flange just won't fully suction.
