Cold Weather Activities

Looks like today might have been the last semi-warm day here in the Northeast, so what are good cold weather activities for the LOs? I am thinking a family pass to our local aquarium and we have a Stay and Play, but those can both still be costly. Ideas?

    Maybe you could hint at a pass for the play place for a Christmas gift from any family that is asking for ideas? Our library also has a great kids area. We still go outside even if it's cold, we just bundle up and don't stay out as long.
