The title pretty much says it all. I got the call this morning that the embryo stop developing yesterday. So no transfer. Not sure where we will go from here if we will try another cycle or just decide to be done. Definitely not the news I was hoping for - i finally thought things were turning around for us. But in my heart somehow I knew this wasn't going to be it. 2014 has been A rough year to say the least. I will talk with my nurse tomorrow and set up a meeting to talk with the doctor about a new protocol. But I just don't know if I can do this again or if we should just stop and be grateful for our daughter. I am probably going to take a small break from this board because right now everything is just too much to handle. love and hugs to you all

    Hugs. I'm so very sorry. I hate that IF is such an emotional roller coaster. It's like every unsuccessful cycle/cancellation is having to start the grieving process all over again. Emotionally it's overwhelmingly difficult. May you find peace in whatever decision you make.

    ~SAIF/PAIF/Everyone Welcome~ 

    Me= 37 and DH = 41 

    Dx: DOR, Endo, APA+ (really high beta 2 glycoprotein antibody and high everything else tested), heterozygous MTHFR mutation, positive for lupus anticoagulant, high FSH, low AMH and both tubes blocked (per HSG on 3/8/11)

    IVF #1 - long lupron (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 4 retrieved, 3 fertilized; ET 2 blasts and 1 frozen = BFN

    IVF #2 - a version of antagonist with EPP (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 6 retrieved, 4 mature, 3 fertilized, 2 blasts and 1 frozen blast transferred on day 5 = BFN.

    IVF #3 April was postponed to May, May was canceled. June/July was canceled. Had a cyst aspiration and then began IVF #3 in August. ER on 8/22; ET on 8/24 with AH. +HPT on 9/5. Beta #1 (11dpo) = 3; Beta #2 (15dpo) = 29; Beta #3 (17dpo) = 60; Beta #4 (19 dpo) = 118. Heartbeat at 6 weeks 6 days =132.  Lil is here!

    TTC#2:  Trigger + TI = BFN; Clomid + Trigger + IUI = BFN.

    IVF #4:  BCP + MDLF + Lovenox = 7R, 1F = Transferred 1 6-cell embryo on day 3 = BFN

    IVF #5:  MDLF + Lovenox = 4R, 1F = Transferred 1 10-cell compacting embryo on day 3 = BFN

    IVF #6:  (New RE):  Long Antagonist November 2014 (transferred two 8 cell grade 1 embryos and froze one blast) = BFN

    Oh goodness, I'm so very sorry to hear this news. Canceled cycles are the pits and a cancellation at this point in the cycle is especially difficult and unfair.

    My first IVF cycle was canceled on trigger day and SG made some significant adjustments, even putting me on a lesser used protocol. They even had a staffing over my case, so they do take cancellations very seriously. Hoping for a very informative WTF and some peace for your family.

    Thanks ladies. Your words always mean so much. We have our WTF appt next week so hopefully we will get some good answers. My nurse left me a VM as did my doc. It was definitely hard to deal with. But life goes on. I am hoping with all the info and a change in meds/protocol next time will be very very different.
