Itching swollen legs help!

32 weeks My legs are so swollen they itch. I have tired cold packs, soaking, lotions, oils, creams, anti itch creams, and Benadryl. My doctor was no help. Even when the swellening goes don't my legs still itch. Any ideas? Anyone else having this issue?

Warm towels wrapped around your legs may help. Rub some lotion before you wrap the towels and prop them up. I would also talk to the doctor about the extreme swelling
