Online shoppers (wish.com)& (citrus) does anyone know these websites?

I want some Beauty products from wish.com but I don't know where they are from and I also want some baby stuff from citrus.com ,I don't know if I can trust them ?

    I ordered a sweater through wish. It came from China took about 3 weeks to get to me. I paid through PayPal because it felt a little more safe. From what I understand from wish most of the vendors are out of the US. And each thing is a different vendor I read reviews for the vendor before I ordered the sweater. I didn't have any issues at all.
