Hi ladies. I'm not sure if I'm in the right spot, if not you can kick me out.
Miscarriage and live birth warning.

A little about me I'm 33 and tried to get pregnant for 9 years. I have PCOS and hubby is perfect. All the doctors tell him so (which is what I always want to hear...ugh), so yes it's all my fault we didn't get pregnant. We did Clomid, 5 IUIs (2 miscarriages from those), and we finally did IVF last September. I got hyperovarian syndrome and it was awful. I seriously thought I may die, not really, but kind of. Anyways we had to postpone our transfer because of it and a month later we transferred 2 FET (5 day) and we got pregnant with twins. We lost one of them about 8-9 weeks. I delivered our beautiful baby girl July 7. She is the light of our lives. We have 2 more frosties and I am hoping to transfer them in January or February. So that's my story I thought I'd check out a new board and see if I could get any advice. Again I apologize if I'm not in the right place just let me know.

    Agree 100% with Amy. PCOS may be listed in your chart, but the resulting IF diagnosis is a couple's battle. You are not at all to blame! We are so happy to have you over here. Congrats and good luck!

    Congratulations and welcome!!!
    MF (low motility) - Began stims for IVF#1 7/21/12
    ER 8/2/12 - 14 eggs retrieved, 12 mature and ICSI'd, 6 fertilized. ET 8/7 - 2 embies. Beta#1 8/17: 143! Beta#2 8/20: 590! Beta#3 8/22: 1,162! 1st US 9/4: one beautiful little bean with the best sounding HB I've ever heard!

    Welcome! Agree with PP, we have a diagnosis of MFI and I would never for a second consider it my husband's problem. I'm sure you husband feels the same way about your situation!
    dx: MFI 0% morph & low count. Occasional Anovulatory cycles.

    Congrats on having your baby. She has an amazing birthday if I do say so myself. The guilt of IF is a tough one to shake but I wish you peace moving forward.

    Welcome and congratulations on your daughter.  Agree with everyone else.  IF is a couple's battle, no blame to be placed.  I'm DOR and my DH has never made me feel as if it were "my" problem.

    both measuring right on track....2nd u/s... all is well... both beans measuring right on track... released from RE... first
    appointment with MFM 1/5.  Looks like this is really happening!

    Congrats and welcome!  I agree with the other ladies that the diagnosis is shared by the couple.  But, I understand how you feel.  Our problems are mostly me and I often feel like it is my fault although there really was nothing I did that caused our issues.  They just happened.

    ~SAIF/PAIF/Everyone Welcome~ 

    Me= 37 and DH = 41 

    Dx: DOR, Endo, APA+ (really high beta 2 glycoprotein antibody and high everything else tested), heterozygous MTHFR mutation, positive for lupus anticoagulant, high FSH, low AMH and both tubes blocked (per HSG on 3/8/11)

    IVF #1 - long lupron (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 4 retrieved, 3 fertilized; ET 2 blasts and 1 frozen = BFN

    IVF #2 - a version of antagonist with EPP (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 6 retrieved, 4 mature, 3 fertilized, 2 blasts and 1 frozen blast transferred on day 5 = BFN.

    IVF #3 April was postponed to May, May was canceled. June/July was canceled. Had a cyst aspiration and then began IVF #3 in August. ER on 8/22; ET on 8/24 with AH. +HPT on 9/5. Beta #1 (11dpo) = 3; Beta #2 (15dpo) = 29; Beta #3 (17dpo) = 60; Beta #4 (19 dpo) = 118. Heartbeat at 6 weeks 6 days =132.  Lil is here!

    TTC#2:  Trigger + TI = BFN; Clomid + Trigger + IUI = BFN.

    IVF #4:  BCP + MDLF + Lovenox = 7R, 1F = Transferred 1 6-cell embryo on day 3 = BFN

    IVF #5:  MDLF + Lovenox = 4R, 1F = Transferred 1 10-cell compacting embryo on day 3 = BFN

    IVF #6:  (New RE):  Long Antagonist November 2014 (transferred two 8 cell grade 1 embryos and froze one blast) = BFN

    FET#1:  BFN

    Thanks for the warm welcome ladies. I guess I shouldn't have posted about DH. He has been great and never made me feel like our IF is my fault. He's a great guy

    Feeling guilt is natural when dealing with IF. I am glad you have found this board to help you deal with those feelings. Welcome and congrats on the birth of your daughter.

    DH diagnosed with Testicular Cancer 8/2010
    Low sperm count. Only option IVF with ICSI
    Starting First cycle Jan/Feb 2012- Canceled due to not responding to BCP and/or Lupron
    IVF 1.2- stims March 14, ER March 24, 16 R 10F 6 made it to blast
    ET March 29- transferred two blasts, 4A and 4BA, froze 4
    Positive HPT 9dp5dt Beta 1- 385 11dp5dt
    u/s April 25- one healthy heartbeat
    EDD 12/12/12>
