I'm calling the resident sewing expert! I wanted to get your opinion if this sewing machine would be a good buy. I have a rinky dinky janome that is desperately needing to be replaced (it was a gift 10 years ago). So I've never bought one on my own and I'm so hesitant since it's such a large purchase for me.

I used the one I have for skirts and dresses for DD, Halloween costumes, shopping cart covers, dog sweaters. I think quilting would be fun but I don't know where to start with that ^#(^
