Breast-feeding after weaning?

Is it possible to teach a young toddler to nurse after they have wean? I am currently nursing my 23-month-old daughter and I am seven weeks pregnant. In the past I have nursed my children until they were nearly 3 years old. I don't want to short change my daughter but I do feel like my milk supply is decreasing. If she self weans due to low supply before my new milk comes in, is it possible to reteach nursing without her just trying to chew on me?
