Very slow response with estrogen priming?

Hi girls! Happy almost thanksgiving! I am hoping you ladies that have done estrogen priming before can share how long if took you to see some follies? Thanks so much!

    On day 5 of stims (first monitoring after starting stims) I had 5 at 11mm, 2 at 9mm. and 2 at 5mm. I ended up with 18R, 14M. RE said that was pretty average for a first monitoring?

    TTC #2 with assistance since 03/11
    Me: 33, Autoimmune (Hashimotos and FMS/CFS)
    Treated with Synthroid, acupuncture, TCM and supplements
    DH: 33, MFI (very low on all counts, high antibodies, hemochromatosis)
    Many treatments tried, none successful

    IVF/ICSI #1 05/14 - EPP/Antagonist, Gonal-F and Luveris, 18R, 14M, 13F - SET of 1BC, all arrested on day 5 - C/P
    Genetic testing = normal, DNA Frag = excellent
    IVF #2 03/15 - Long protocol with Suprefact, Gonal-F, and possibly Luveris, adding in PICSI

    11 days of stims here before the trigger shot. 7R, 7M, 5F (with ICSI), 5 made it to blast, 2 transferred, 2 frozen, 1 lost.

    I didn't have much of anything until Day 8, but I don't know if that's related to the EPP or not

    Official diagnosis: Unexplained IF. I am 32. I have low ovarian reserve (low AMH), and poor egg quality. I've also been diagnosed with mild glandular developmental arrest (lining problems, detected with EFT).

    We are using open ID donor sperm. IUIs #1-7=BFN. IVF September 2014 antagonist protocol, 8R,5M,3F, 5 day transfer of 1 morula = BFN. IVF#2 planned for January 2015 (antagonist protocol + HGH).

    It definitely takes longer that other protocols. That's actually the whole point of it, to slow down the recruitment of follicles. I had basically nothing at day 5 but it started kicking up after that. I stimmed for 12 days and went to retrieval with 13 follicles over 10 mm. I have pretty severe DOR and egg quality issues. I ended up with 9 eggs retrieved -- 4 were mature, 1 immature and 4 really bad quality.

    Endometrioma removed from left ovary 4/'09 
    Started TTC Aug. 2012 
    BFP Jan. '13 - (no heartbeat at 8w appointment) spontaneously MC at 9w 
    Nov. '13 AMH level 0.98 
    April '14 IUI w/clomid BFN 
    May '14 IUI w/clomid BFN 
    June '14 AMH level 0.5 
    IVF #1 July '14, 4R/4M/3F   2 8 cells transferred on day 3, nothing made it to freeze, BFN 
    IVF #2 Nov '14 EPP stimmed for 12 days 9R/4M/4F   2 7 cells transferred on day 3, nothing to freeze, BFN
    IVF #3 May '15 cancelled after highest possible meds dosages for over two weeks. converted to IUI, BFN
    DE IVF #1 Dec '15 transferred one BB2 blast, BFP due August 2016

    After 4 days of stims my biggest follicles were around 7mm, after 7 days of stims I had 14 or 15 follicles around 10mm I believe.  I triggered after 11 days of stims and had around 16 follicles all above 16mm, most were in the 18-22mm rage.  We ended up with 10 eggs retrieved, 9 were mature and the 10th matured in the lab.

    September 2012: Start IF testing

    DH (32): SA is ok, slightly low morph, normal SCSA  Me (32): Slightly low progesterone, hostile CM, carrier for CF, Moderately high NKC, High TNFa, heterozyogous mutated Factor XIII, and +APA

    October 2012-May 2014: 4 failed IUIs, 3 failed IVFs, and 1 failed FETw/donor embryos

    November 2014: IVF w/ICSI #4 Agonist/Antagonist with EPP and Prednisone, Baby Aspirin, Lovenox, and IVIG for immune issues.  Converted to freeze all due to lining issues.  2 blasts frozen on day 6!

    January 2015: FET #2 Cancelled due to lining issues

    April 2015: FET #2.1
