Serve what you pump?

Okay so after yesterday's freak out of barely/almost getting 9oz for the three 3oz bottles I needed for DD ...
Today I pumped 11oz! (Thanks again for the tips & talking me out of panic).
So now my question is - do I serve her what I pumped? Or do I save the additional 2oz?
(Never once did I pump more than I "needed" for DS but I can't remember how I determined that "need"??

I would freeze the extra.  It can't hurt to start stocking up if you're gong to continue to get an excess.  If you can, send some of the extra as back up in case a 3oz bottle isn't enough as well.  Our DC will keep some in their freezer for instances when the bottle I send doesn't seem to be enough for that feeding for whatever reason.
