im 8 weeks 2 days and I've had a queasy stomach with some vomiting everyday... But today I feel great. Is this normal or could something be wrong with the baby?? No cramps or spotting. First time mom... Worried
Be happy that the sickness has stopped, I would give anything for mine to go away, this all day sickness isn't pleasent at all! This is baby number 1 for me so I understand your concerns, I think overreacting is fine, you can never be too careful!
For someone who has cried about being high risk with multiple losses on the first tri board, you should know the answer to this newbie question. Morning sickness can come and go throughout your pregnancy. Just because your sick doesn't mean the pregnancy is progressing. Just because your now feeling great doesn't mean something is wrong. You are going to have good days and bad. Roll with it. Stop repeat posting and read a book.

As previous posters said, symptoms don't let you know a pregnancy is healthy. I know it can be scary not having any but it is also a great thing if you are getting a break from being sick. My first pregnancy which ended in a loss, I had symptoms from the beginning. My dd who is 18 months old, I didn't really have any thing with her.
