I don't know if this is a Midwest thing or what but when I lived in California, DH and I were always told how disgusting this was but we love it!! It's very common in Indiana.
Peanut butter sandwiches dipped in chili.
My 4 yr old loves pickles and bread. I love pickles but not just pickles and bread!
Never heard of this and I agree it sounds disgusting, lol. How did someone even discover this combo?!
I'm in Indiana so I probably don't count, but we always had chili and peanut butter sandwiches. I didn't dip it, but my mom still does.
Lol this is probably what my DH finds the grossest out of the Russian foods I eat...it's cooked pigs feet, you take off the meat and put it in gelatin
Also eat cooked cows tongue and looooove liver!

I like to take cold, leftover spaghetti and put it between two slices of squishy white bread, smoosh it together, and eat it. It's #toomanycarbs now, so I haven't done it in a while.
A diner I used to eat at served a spaghetti burger. I hadn't been there in years but we went this weekend and it was no longer on the menu. I never got to try it before and now I'm sad, lol.
When I was little my dad used to make us mayonnaise sandwiches - just mayo and bread. Also I really really like fried sweet breads. I'm an adventurous eater though and will try almost anything once.

I have no idea how someone would think to put them together but it really is good. You should try it!

I ball up quarter sized bites, salt them and pop them in my mouth. I don't eat very much, just a few bites before I brown the meat.
Done it. Wendy's is the best!
Ummmmmmmm, no.
PB sammies dipped in chili. That sounds doable!
I used to eat dill pickles, velveeta slices and mayo on white bread!! It's like we were meant to be!
Like malt vinegar?
I used to share bananas and French fries with my cat. Welcome to the crazy cat lady club!

No, just white vinegar. It's yummy.
Malt vinegar on fries, but I think that's fairly common in the Northeast.
