Im freaking out just a little

So I have been dealing with some spit up, coughing issues on LO for a while now (over 2 months).  Have been trying a myriad of treatments with no help to her.  Just got off the phone with her pedi who wants to do an upper GI series to check her esophagus which may include either an upper scope or just rads.  they will contact the radiologist to see which would be the best thing for her.  

 

Anyone had this done before?  I feel so bad for my LO but really would like for her to stop spitting up so much.... 

I know I am just freaking out and that she will do just fine... BREATH!!!!

    I don't have any dealings with this, but just wanted to say thinking of you! They are probably just trying to rule out any and everything, YKWIM?

    Well Dr called and set up the first round of test.  Tomorrow morning at 7:30 they will do a barium study.  She just has to drink something then sit still for x-rays.

    Hope it is something we can help her with...

    I'm glad it went smoothly for you! I'm sorry she has reflux, hopefully that'll be it and y'all can rest easy. Let us know and have a Happy Thanksgiving!

    Dr Called and said GERD, Pretty bad case of it. So looks like medical treatment If that doesnt help then referral to a Specialist. So glad its not something worse
