@kendy20‌ Glad your DH is home as well. It was quite the experience being pregnant (he was gone from 16-35 weeks) and solo with a 2 year old.

@Junebug060609‌ mine was gone from about 10-37 weeks. But I just had two dogs not a 2 year old lol. It was harder than I thought being alone going through all that. But we all made it :)

It's so weird to think that last year at this time we didn't know the gender of our baby and now a year later we have an almost 7 month old!

    I'm thankful for:
    My healthy beautiful baby girl
    My wonderful husband
    Our families
    Friends
You ladies who are always there with advice or support
Both mine and my husbands good health and that we have food on our table and roof over our heads

I am thankful for so many things, now more than ever.

    - The most charming little girl who is healthy, happy, and so interested in everything.

    - DH who is a wonderful partner and parent. Early on with DD, it was a little stressful but now I think we're a better team than ever.

    - Sleep. At least what little I've had if it recently has been awesome.

    - Family and friends, near and far. Especially those we are going to see today!

    - The luxury to have stayed home with DD for the first six months of her life.

    - The credentials and experience to go back to work in a profession I love (hopefully soon, before I stop loving spending so much time with DD).

    - A warm comfortable home as the snow begins to build up for the winter.

    - My lifeline (aka smartphone) that allows me to do all the things while DD nurses/sleeps on me.

    - Skype and facetime so DD gets to spend time with grandparents and cousins regularly.

    - You ladies in this community. It's been great to have support, to learn from all of you, and just to know I'm not alone going through the fun bits.

    - And also: yoga pants, wine, long showers in which I wash my hair *and* shave my legs, good laughs, and that I actually like my family and ILs.

    I am thankful for:

    - My son and husband

    - That mother is doing fine after her heart attack in Sept.

    - That my mother is actually going to follow the doctors orders and listen to me.

    - My Inlaws for helping out when they can

I probably have more but I am so tired.
