Need some good thoughts, please. **UPDATED**

The baby hasn’t moved in 3.5 days which is very unlike him/her.
Since a few weeks ago, I have felt this baby move almost every time I ate, and every time I laid on my side. Now? Nothing.
I even tried putting a cold can of soda on my belly to “wake” it up, and tried to touch my belly to encourage movement, but nothing is happening.
Normally I won’t be as concerned since this is still early on, but I have a low-lying placenta so that is why I am feeling so much more than most.
The placenta could have moved, the baby could have moved-- but instead of sitting here worried, I am going in to get checked out this afternoon.
Better safe than sorry.
Please…send any good thoughts you have. Thank you.

It can be very alarming when you have felt something, but then don't for awhile.
And you're right...Why isn't there less worrying with #3?

**UPDATE**
It took them about 5 minutes to find the heartbeat on the doppler (a sweat-on-forehead moment for both DH and I), but it was there beating at 144!
What happened was the baby moved positions from the bottom far left side to the middle, and the placenta has shifted a bit too. She said I probably won’t feel much movement now that the baby has stopped pouncing on the placenta (which was low-lying), so to not freak out if I don’t feel anything for a week or more. The baby was moving around on the doppler too, so that made me feel MUCH better.
So glad all is well, and I really appreciate everyone’s good thoughts and prayers!
