Any photoshop wizards in here?

I am making photo Christmas gifts for the grandparents this year. We took some of our own photos of little man, and he had a huge scratch on his face. I tried doing it myself using a free website on the interwebz and I have no idea what the hell I'm doing.

I was wondering if anyone is a photoshop wizard that would be willing to edit a few pictures for me? I can pay with giftcards or something!
