Tramadol/Norco 3rd trimester

Has anyone needed to be on Tramadol or Norco during their pregnancy? I have a pinched nerve in my neck and the pain is unbearable. There's not a lot of info on Tramadol which I just take at night to sleep and still only average 4-5 hours bc of the pain in my hands and arms and numbness. I don't know what else to do bc chiropractic treatments aren't doing anything and I'm in extreme pain. Just would love any info out there!

    My doc's have said no-go on tramadol as there is very little research on it's affects.  I've been told to stick to Norco or just plain oxycodone for severe pain, which I have a lot of.
