Leg cramps!!!

Hey everyone, I'm 7 weeks and 4 days pregnant and yesterday I woke up with horrible pain/cramps in lower right leg I was pressing it to make it go away not a good night along with the frequent tossing and turning can never get confortable anymore:( while DH is snoring away. Is there anyone else who has leg cramps and what did you do to relieve it? x

Do they feel like growing pains at all?? I've had those like crazy!!

I had those so bad last time! Try coconut water and banana and definetly stay hydrated!
