Baby Poop?

For the past couple days my lil man has been having a hard time pooping.

His poop is soft, but it's every bit of 18-20hrs between poops. He really strains to go & when it finally comes out its a lot. He also immediately feels better & is back to his content self after he poops.

The internetz says at least once a day is normal. I'm worried about how hard he strains. He doesn't scream, he's fussy and wants to be held.

We see Peds tomorrow and I'll bring it up. But any advice?

We are primarily FF, he gets 1-1.5oz of breastmilk every other feeding.

I'm sure your pedi will tell you it's completely normal! I was very worries with my son who only poopes every few days then it went to once every 1-2 weeks. It was normal baby poop when he went and it was ALOT!! The pedi's explanation was that the baby uses the nutrients in the milk so efficiently that their is nothing left poop out
