Pregnant with endometriosis

Hello everyone! I have my first ultrasound tomorrow ( should be 7 weeks tuesday). Had laparoscopic surgery done 6/2013. Wondering if anyone here is pregnant with endometriosis. If so, please give me a brief history. Thanks!

    I am! It scares the crap outta me still knowing that it may be etopic. I have a us in one week. I have had endo for the last two years but was not properly diagonsed until jan this year. I had removal surgery in feb. The endo ended up coming back in about may/june and i have been dealing with it since. Went off bc for the first time in four years in sept and got prego on the first try in oct. I am currently 8w4d, i think because i have gotten this far maybe its not etopic and i will have a sweet baby in 7 months. Nice thing about being prego now is that all my endo pain is gone.

    What exactly do you want to know, I guess? Many women with endo find they have less symptoms with pregnancy. Other than that my RE hasn't mentioned anything else. Do you have specific concerns?

    March 2008 - DD born - no issues conceiving (surprise). Limited issues during pregnancy/delivery.
    June 2011 - Married DH.
    June 2013 - Diagnosis of Endometriosis and PCOS (approximate).
    December 2013 - First cycle of Clomid - Positive OPK. BFN
    January 2014 - 2nd Cycle of Clomid - Positive OPK. BFN
    February 2014 - 3rd Cycle of Clomid - Positive OPK. BFN
    March 2014 - Took month off to prep for surgery
    April 2014 - Laporoscopy for endo. Unable to remove endo due to too close of proximity to ureter. HSG done as well. Fillopian tubes open.
    May 2014 - 1st round of Femara. Positive OPK. BFN.
    June 2014 - 2nd round of Femara. Moved to RE to have CD10 Follicular U/S. No Follies in left ovary. 5 follies in right. Largest follie 8mm, 1 7mm, 2 3mm, 1 2mm. Positive OPK on day of U/S. BFN. DH has SA done at this time - All results within normal limits.
    July 2014 - 3rd round of Femara. CD10 Follicular U/S. No follies in left ovary. 7 follies in right. 1 20mm, 1 12mm, 1 10mm, 4 <5mm. Scheduled for IUI. Canceled due to low estrogen level of 145. TI this month. Prepping for Injectables next month. BFN.
    August 2014 - CD3 BW Normal. Injectables not happening because of stupid miscommunication about "required injectables class." Taking class this month. No medication. TI for the month. SIS scheduled for 8/7/14. SIS results - "I have a beautiful uterus." Huzzah!
    September 2014 - Cycle cancelled due to stupid AF coming early and making my IUI run in to DH's business trip. Try again next month.
    October 2014 - Injects with IUI cycle. 75U 5 days. Estrogen at 36. Bumped up to 125 for 4 days. Estrogen 105. Bumped up to 225. Ganirelix for 2 days. 4 mature follies. Triggered 10/9. IUI 10/10.
    BFP 10/24/2014. Beta #1 - 178   Beta #2 - 398.   U/S 11/7/14- TWINS!!!!

    Just wanted to know what others have experienced during their pregnancy. I had a missed miscarriage in January but do not think endo had anything to do with it. Hoping for the best for myself and all the moms to be here. So glad to hear that there are women having babies with endometriosis.

    I have endometriosis and had a laparoscopic surgery in June 2013 as well. I had terrible symptoms: fatigue, daily nausea, cramps, and pain in my lower back and legs. A 7cm endometrial cyst was removed and was advised to go on BC. Having never been on any hormonal meds I refused the BC after a month of trying it; hated my side effects. I decided to take a more homeopathic approach and used vitex a natual herb that helps naturally regulate hormones. I found it to be so helpful. I got married in 10/2014 and conceived on my honeymoon (or around that time) we are so blessed. This is my first pregnancy and I feel great so far. (5 1/2 weeks) I definitely feel like my endometriosis symptoms have disappeared. I'm tired but my fatigue is different. Pregancy symptoms are nothing compared to endo symptoms. I'm so grateful. As my ob/gyn said having babies is the best cure. I hope you are doing well and I've read that endo symptoms will dissipate throughout the pregnancy. If there is little to no spotting ectopic is unlikely. Good luck with everything.

    I also have Endo! I was diagnosed after I had surgery in 2011. I have had a few surgeries since and last year I did Lupron for six months right after surgery and then tried to conceive until October :) I also have PCOS and I am on meds for that. I am terrified of losing this pregnancy, getting pregnant was a looooooong and painful battle. I am also having weird Endo like pains since I found out I was pregnant. I have had an u/s already and everything looks good, but I keep bleeding. Which is so nerve wracking!

    I feel you, oh how I hated being on Lupron. Hopefully it will all be worth it. thoughts and prayers for you and your baby.

    I really have felt pretty good so far. It's been a relief not having a menstrual cycle.
