Chex Muddy Buddies/Puppy Chow and peanut allergies

I was thinking of making this for Thanksgiving. Last year I made it, and used almond butter instead of peanut butter due to Reese's allergy to peanuts. My BIL is newly diagnosed with an almond and peanut allergy. 

Has anyone ever made it with WOW butter? My BIL was diagnosed with a bunch of food allergies---and I believe he could eat this if it was made with WOW butter.

I may try to melt the wow butter first and see if it melts. I am trying to avoid the food stores this week and we are out of sun butter. We just have WOW butter and almond butter.

I got sun butter on Amazon Prime (I think it was even trader joes brand)
