Im 28 weeks pregnant and just lost my mucus plug should I be worried or will it be ok?

Mucous plugs regenerate. Do you have any other signs of labor? As long as it's just some mucus plug, you should be fine.

When in doubt call your provider.

I was told by OB that mucous plugs can go 4-6 weeks prior to labor.  I didn't think to ask if it regrows.  I've never heard that before.
