Uncomfortable due 29th Nov!!

39 weeks yesterday! Can't sit still for a minute. Worst heartburn ever and bracton hicks all evening. Constantly needing toilet but once there I can't go. Any advice to get through the next 5/6 days without going mad!! Lol [-O<
